Instructions for Mailing In Your Device

To ensure a smooth and efficient repair or replacement process, please follow these steps before mailing in your device.

Before shipping your device, it is crucial to remove any screen passwords or lock codes. This step is essential as it allows our team to access and verify the device upon arrival, ensuring a smooth processing of your claim. To remove the lock codes, navigate to your device's settings menu. Depending on your device type, look for options labeled 'Security,' 'Lock Screen,' or similar. Follow the prompts to disable any PINs, patterns, or biometric locks such as fingerprints or facial recognition. Once completed, verify that your device can be powered on without requiring any authentication. Taking this precaution will facilitate the return process and help avoid any unnecessary delays in processing your claim.

1. Verify Your Claim Status

  • Confirm that you have filed a claim for the correct device.
  • Ensure that your claim has been approved before proceeding with the shipment.

2.  Remove Personal Data and Accessories

  • If applicable, please just back up and remove any personal data from your device.
  • Take out the SIM card and any SD cards before shipping.
  • Do not include accessories such as chargers, cables, or protective cases.

4. Properly Pack Your Device

  • You should use appropriate packing materials to protect your device during transit.
  • Avoid oversized boxes; wrap the device securely in bubble wrap, foam pellets, airbags, or cardboard to prevent movement and potential damage.

Following these guidelines will help make sure that your device gets to us safely and is processed without delays.
