Why Was My Claim Rejected?

Possible reasons why your claim may have been rejected.

Common Rejection Reasons:

  • Incident Date Outside the 30-Day Window: All claims must be reported within thirty (30) days from the discovery of the Covered Product failure and no later than thirty (30) days after the expiration of this plan.
  • Stolen/ Lost Device:  Tech Protection does not cover lost/ stolen.  
  • 30 Day wait before you are eligible to file a claim. 
  • Required documents are not supplied at the time of the claim.
