Possible reasons why your claim may have been rejected.
Common Rejection Reasons:
- Incident Date Outside the 30-Day Window: All claims must be reported within thirty (30) days from the discovery of the Covered Product failure and no later than thirty (30) days after the expiration of this plan.
- Stolen/ Lost Device: Tech Protection does not cover lost/ stolen.
- 30 Day wait before you are eligible to file a claim.
- Required documents are not supplied at the time of the claim.
